Working on a house makeover in Sunset Valley. This house…has come a looonnnggg way. WTF does EA think their pre-made houses look like?
Soo..I decided to just have the world empty to just completely build in-game.
This is the Pine Hills Government Complex (top two images). It has Jynx’s rabbit hole rugs, it’s basically a shell and some bathrooms. It houses the City Hall, Police, and Military Department. Across the hall is the business and journalism offices.
The last image is the Beach Boulevard Plaza. It has a library/bookstore, salon/spa, theater, and the grocery store.
Haven’t forgotten about my World project. I’m getting back into building it. Especially today cause I’m at home sick with flu symptoms. This is part of the park.

Really small on the inside. There’s a full service bar, a stage for band performances, and two restrooms—one for men, and one for women. Just a place to grab a drink and listen to some music.
